Welcome to Biotin 100's shipping details section. We ship anywhere using FedEx, UPS, and US Postal (USPS).
RETURN & EXCHANGE INFORMATION
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. The returned item must be in clean, new, and unused condition. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee and issue a store credit. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
*Please note that all sales of Biotin 100 are final as this product is perishable and therefore is non-returnable.
When you return an item please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to ensure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. A credit will be issued to your credit card and will appear on your billing statement. We will also email you confirmation.
Your packing slip, receipt, or invoice will indicate where you need to send your return. In general, though, you may return merchandise to:
